Who can use my membership?      (Return to Top)

Spouses and significant others, as shown on your application, have full membership rights in Arizona Club and reciprocal rights in our network of over 200 clubs.  Non-members cannot make reservations or use any Club unless accompanied by the member or spouse/significant other.

 

What is the Dress Code?      (Return to Top)

We do ask that denim not be worn in the Club.  Otherwise, there is no formal dress code.  Ties and jackets are optional and you are encouraged to dress in a manner consistent with good taste.

 

Where is parking available?      (Return to Top)

Two hour complimentary parking is available in the Chase Parking Garage (Van Buren and First or Second Street entrances) before 3:00pm each day. After 3:00pm extended complimentary parking is available until 2:00am. Please inform parking attendants that you are with Arizona Club. Please validate your parking ticket at the Club’s Front Reception Desk.

Breakfast:         Monday – Friday         7:00 AM-10:00 AM    Reservations Requested

Lunch:             Monday – Friday         11:30 AM-2:00 PM    Reservations Requested

Dinner:            Thursday - Friday           5:00 PM-8:00 PM    Reservations Required

 

 

How is the Service Charge handled?      (Return to Top)

When using the Club for dining or special functions a 20% service charge is automatically added to your food and beverage charges. The State requires that food, beverage and service charges be taxed. This charge is added to your account automatically. Direct tipping or gratuity of any kind is not necessary or permitted.

 

When do I receive my Statement?      (Return to Top)

Monthly statements are mailed no later than the second business day of the month.   The club does not accept cash or credit cards. Your statement contains all charges and payments through the last day of the prior month except dues, which are billed in advance.  Payment is due upon receipt, and no later than the last day of the month in which it is received.  A delinquent account is subject to late charges.  If you have questions regarding your account, please call Shelly Vitali at 602-253-1121.

You will receive a newsletter each month with your statement.

 

Is Arizona Club  available on weekends or in the evenings for private parties?

Yes,  the club may be reserved any evening of the week or Saturday and Sunday.  We can accommodate groups as small as 10 people or as large as 350 people. Let us help you plan your next office sales meeting, seminar, Christmas party, client reception, birthday party, anniversary, high school reunion, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception. The Catering Department is prepared to handle all special requests and to plan your function according to your specifications. We can assist you in making your event special.

 

May I sponsor a group meeting for an organization or committee with which I am involved?      (Return to Top)

Yes, simply call the Club’s Catering Department to make your arrangements. It is best to book your event early to ensure availability.

 

 

How can I meet other members and get involved?      (Return to Top)

All members , guests, and prospective members are invited to Club events each month.   Events present a  great opportunity to meet other members and make new friends in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Special features are often presented. You are encouraged to bring your spouse, significant other and guests to these events.  

Special events are held at the Club throughout the year. A Club Newsletter is mailed with your monthly statement.  This is an important source of information on Club happenings and business matters. We hope you will take the time to read it and make note of events of interest to you. 

Become a part of your Club.  If you would like to serve on a Committee, contact us. Arizona Club is a membership-owned, non-profit Club that depends on your active use and support.

 

What is the procedure for visiting Arizona Club's Reciprocal Clubs in other cities?      (Return to Top)

 If you are traveling out of town for business or pleasure, consider utilizing one of our 200 Reciprocal Clubs.  Our website contains a list of these clubs. Simply request a Letter of Introduction to visit the desired club.  

 

How do I propose a new member?      (Return to Top)

$100 Food Credit is given each time you bring in a new member!

The Arizona Club is Member owned and depends on your referrals to increase Membership and success.  Membership information and applications can be obtained from the Arizona Club Membership Office or on the website.  We hope you will bring guests to Arizona Club Events and invite your guests and associates to join whenever possible!
